Many of our products are handcrafted, made to order, or custom-manufactured by our own artisans; others are curated imported products from third-party brands. Because handmade and made-to-order items involve natural variation in materials (such as leather grain and tone) and manual craftsmanship, minor variations between units, and between a product and its photos, are normal and are not considered defects.

We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any products or services purchased will meet your expectations or match how they are depicted in our store.

All product descriptions are subject to change at any time, without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and to limit the quantities of any product we offer, to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. Estimated production or crafting times for made-to-order items are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Section 3 — Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Equestrian Store reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until Equestrian Store confirms acceptance, and we must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.

Please review your order carefully before submitting, as we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted. If we do not accept, change, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time of the order.

Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy (equestrianstoreus.com/policies/refund-policy). Where stated on our website, eligible products are covered by a 30-day satisfaction guarantee; the specific conditions, exclusions (such as made-to-order, personalized, or used items), and process for this guarantee are set out in our Refund Policy, which governs in the event of any conflict with this summary. You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

Section 4 — Prices and Billing

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import charges.

Prices posted in our online store may differ from prices offered in physical stores or by third parties. From time to time, we may offer promotions governed by separate terms; if there is a conflict between promotion terms and these Terms, the promotion terms govern.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, and account information for all purchases, and to promptly update this information (including your email address and payment details) so we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

You represent and warrant that: (i) any payment information you provide is true, correct, and complete; (ii) you are duly authorized to use the payment method for the purchase; (iii) charges incurred will be honored by your card issuer; and (iv) you will pay all charges at the posted prices, including shipping, handling, and applicable taxes.

Section 5 — Shipping and Delivery

We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Made-to-order and handcrafted items may require additional production time before shipment, as noted on the product page. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

We offer free shipping on orders over $100 USD, as stated on our website at the time of your order; this threshold and any related shipping promotions may change at our discretion.

Section 5A — Repair and Maintenance Services

We offer repair and maintenance services for eligible leather products, subject to the terms, pricing, and turnaround times communicated to you at the time you request the service. Repair and maintenance services are separate from our standard Return and Refund Policy and do not extend or restart any applicable warranty or satisfaction guarantee period for the original product.

Section 6 — Intellectual Property

Our Services — including all trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, product reviews, video, audio, and their design, selection, and arrangement — are owned by Equestrian Store, its affiliates, or licensors, and are protected by U.S. and foreign intellectual property laws.

These Terms permit you to use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Services without our prior written consent. Equestrian Store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Equestrian Store. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sale between you and Equestrian Store, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products or services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Equestrian Store.

The following sections survive termination: Intellectual Property, Feedback, Termination, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Severability, Waiver and Entire Agreement, Assignment, Governing Law, Privacy Policy, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive.

If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the unenforceable portion will be severed without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.

These Terms, together with any policies or operating rules we post, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Services, superseding any prior agreements or communications, whether oral or written (including prior versions of these Terms). Any ambiguity in these Terms will not be construed against the drafting party.

Section 21 — Assignment

You may not delegate, transfer, or assign this agreement or any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent; any such attempt is null and void. We may transfer, assign, or delegate these Terms and our rights and obligations without consent or notice to you.

Section 22 — Governing Law

These Terms, and any separate agreement under which we provide you Services, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You and Equestrian Store consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Florida.

Headings used in these Terms are included for convenience only and do not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

Section 24 — Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. We will notify you of material changes as required by applicable law, and such changes will be effective on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
